Why are custom night guards so expensive at dental offices?
Traditional dental offices often include additional clinical overhead, office visits, and intermediary costs in the final price. By working directly with our laboratory through a mail-in impression process, we’re able to offer custom-fabricated appliances at a more accessible price point.
What if I make a mistake with my impressions?
The included impression trays can be reheated and reused multiple times if needed. Detailed instructions are included to help guide you through the process.

How long does fabrication take?
Once your impressions are received and approved, fabrication and shipping typically take a few business days. Turnaround times may vary slightly depending on order volume.
Do I need impressions of both arches?
Yes. We request impressions of both arches so we can determine which arch provides the most suitable retention and fit for your appliance.
Can I wear the slim appliance during the day?
The slim appliance is designed with a lower-profile fit that many customers prefer for daytime wear and clenching awareness.
How do I clean my appliance?
Rinse your appliance with cool water after use and clean gently using a soft toothbrush and mild soap. Avoid hot water, as excessive heat may distort the material.
How long will my appliance last?
Longevity varies depending on wear habits, clenching intensity, and care. Because these are wearable appliances, replacement over time is normal.

All appliances are fabricated in our Texas-based laboratory and shipped directly to customers throughout the United States.
